A two-storey prefabricated office building with a steel structure and sandwich-panel cladding, delivered from site preparation and footings to final finishes.
Work began with site levelling, compaction and surveying, followed by pump-poured concrete footings and the building's bearing pads.
We then fabricated and erected the two-storey steel frame and staircase, clad the building in sandwich panels, and completed interior partitions, services, drainage, and the finishing of offices, washrooms, doors and windows.
